I just recently won some money (Oct), I withdrew a sum and never received it. Upon contacting customer service multiple times, they eventually gave me a reference # and told me to get my bank to track it. My balance has no idea what that number is, they can not track something that wasn't deposited. They suggested I was being scammed. I have sent another email and no response. I filed complaint with MGA and they have sent me to file with ADR. I won money fair and square and have been completely verified. I have read many, many complaints about this very issue, how money gets "lost". I certainly don't recommend anyone to play here.
